Rich the Kid’s accounts got hacked yesterday by unknown persons who announced that the rapper was dead.

It all started when fans noticed the cryptic “R.I.P” messages on his social media pages.

Next, his Twitter then shared a number of bizarre tweets, some of which were directed at Kanye West and Nicki Minaj. See below.

Shortly after all the mess, yet another post  appeared on his official pages, attempting to explain the “R.I.P” post, saying: “I’m not dead I was high as shit. I apologize to all my fans I love.”

The Shade Room reached out to the rapper’s team to confirm that the posts were being made by the rapper himself. It turned out that his pages has been hacked. “We spoke with #RichTheKid’s people and his page got hacked and he isn’t responsible for any of these posts,” said The Shade Room.

Seeing that he has been exposed, the hacker who is named Yung Navz tweeted proof that he is now in charge of the pages, adding that he will only give them back if he is paid $75, 000. If his demands aren’t met, Yung Navz says he will expose the rapper and leak his songs.
