On a night dedicated to theatre it was fashion that dominated the red carpet as Claire Sweeney made a glamorous appearance at the press night of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.
The former Brookside actress caught the eye in a red paisley jumpsuit as she joined guests at the London Palladium ahead of the special event.
With a sleeveless detail and a cinched waist, the bold outfit ensured Claire, 48, while making her way into the iconic venue.

Her appearance comes just two months after she hit back at a magazine for ‘fat shaming’ her after she was featured on the front page, claiming she had piled on the pounds.
The headline accompanying the photos said: ‘Claire’s weight misery, two stone heavier after time abroad’, leading to her furious response on Twitter and a gushing response from her famous friends on Twitter.
But Claire, who last year lost four stone, was quick to call out the publication for focusing on her weight with the shocking front cover spread.

She took to Twitter to write: ‘I cannot believe that in this day and age, mags are still fat-shaming. I’ve been in the business long enough to grow a thick skin, however I worry about those in the public eye who may not be so strong.
‘Particularly relevant on Mental Heath Awareness Week .#nomisery’. The star’s famous friends soon stuck up for her and insisted she was looking better than ever.
Presenter Gaby Roslin tweeted: ‘Utterly disgusting. Sending love to you @clairesweeney and I want to know why this is still “allowed” I am sorry that anyone is ever spoken about like this.’
